Culantro is a fresh herb which is used by many Latin and Asian Communities and especially in commercial kitchens due to its properties similar to Cilantro but of a stronger and more stable taste profile. Used all over Central and South America for many traditional meal preparations. It Also has medicinal properties that range from digestive issues to anti-inflammatory properties.
